/試劑描述/

Rofapitide tetraxetan(FAP-2286)是一種高親和力和選擇性的FAP（成纖維細(xì)胞活化蛋白）抑制劑和DOTA-pseudopeptide（假肽），IC50=1.3~2.2 nM。FAP-2286靶向腫瘤微環(huán)境，可以進行radiation性標(biāo)記（如68 Ga）并用于正電子發(fā)射斷層掃描（PET）成像。

/作用機制/

FAP-2286通過其環(huán)肽部分特異性識別并結(jié)合在腫瘤相關(guān)成纖維細(xì)胞（CAFs）表面高表達(dá)的FAP蛋白。標(biāo)記radiation性核素后，即可實現(xiàn)針對腫瘤微環(huán)境的靶向分子成像或靶向radiation治療。
